Two weeks are left until the second edition of the international dirt jump competition BIG IN BAVARIA at the BIKE EXPO tradeshow from July 22nd to 25th.  If you cant make it to this years action then be sure to tune into soulbmx.tv and check out the LIVE STREAM of the FINALS on Sunday, July 25th @2.30 pm!!!

The trails are almost up and running. The guys have been working hard over the last few weeks to make it a worthy follow-up comp for last years action.  The set up is the following: The well-known starting tower with a roll in is similar to last year. But the step down gap jump is built smoother since it leads into a roller which guarantees the perfect speed for the upcoming five jumps: First the two biggest doubles, back to back, but the second one is bit of a hip jump, then a curved dirt step up step down combination, to be followed by a final shorter jump that is still big enough for some bangers! Some of the best riders will have fun on this unique dirt line for sure. Being a tiny bit shorter but keeping the speed high, you can even expect some heavy stuff to go down.

Another important notice: For all the rookies out there, that want to mess their skills with the pros: an open qualifier competition called GO BIG OR GO HOME is held on Thursday 22nd and Friday 23rd. Of course a smaller dirt line is built for the pre qualifier comp, with max. 5-6 meter gaps. The ten best riders of the GO BIG OR GO HOME will join the invited pros and make their way into the BIG IN BAVARIA qualification round.

Daaaamn - Ben Wallace is absolutely n*u*t*s!! Mike from our friends @ ffwdbmx.com sent us his edit he made of Ben of a Session he did with him a few days ago. It was filmed as an amity bmx co. exclusive.

I guarantee you, that it will leave you with your mouth open  for at least 1.30 min!!! Looks like Ben was in the indoor training chambers the past few months - or doesn´t it snow in England??

Looking out of the window at the moment and stearing at all the snow masses does give you a feeling of wanting summer or at least spring.  Watching this Trip Chad DeGroot, Mark Mulville, Matt Coplon did on their segond leg of the Profile Trip around Cali does not really help to forget that feeling!
