Björn “Bommel” Mager just sent us this clippie of Mr. Tobias “die Waffe” Wicke. After beeing injured last year (he broke his foot at the German Open in Berlin doing a massive 360-doublewhip) Tobi is back and training hard in Woodward East in Pennsylvania. Along came fellow riders Senad Grosic, Benni Kopp, Mark König, Ben Shenker, Björn Mager, Viktor Strasse and Tobias Wehlisch.

The wethepeople, Red Bull, Vans, Carhartt (and loads of other) teamrider is back and pushing hard.  Judging by the stuff he´s doing in this clip he not holding back and will be on your ass at all comps this year

Dominik from woozybmx just sent us this nice webedit he did for VANS Bmx with front brake action featuring Christoph Huber,  Paddy Gross and Senad Grosic. Along the way they picked the lips of following ramps / spots: Ravensburg Skatepark (huge concrete heaven), Lohse Mini and North Brigade (Cologne represent!) and Munich Olympic parc !!! Nice trip!

Even if you hate front brakes you should check out this vid and learn some stuff. I won´t even mention the word “tech” with these three names up there.

We dug up this Bio out of 1994 of one, if not the main man behind SOUL BMX Video.

Thomas has always been going strong, never holding back anything. You can tell this by his progression and the scars he gathered along the way.

As a father to two boys he is not only still well into riding but also runs AllRide Distro and together with his wife the 360grad Bmx Shop in Munich.

I once read in an interview about Thomas (Ride UK or DIG, can´t remember) that the author ( I think it was Markus Wilke) knows no one who is more into Bmx than Thomas.

An awesome Clip from Kink Bike Co. just popped through our virtual letterbox. This trip to Arizona and California features Jason Owens, Jason Rowe, Shaun Sexton, Tom Dillon, Tony Hamlin, Darryl Tocco and Aaron Smith doing crazy things.

Along the way they hit amazing spots including a massive concrete park, Trails, a warehouse a ditch and some streeeet.

Also, the editing and filming by Darryl Tocco is well worth mentioning. Keep the good stuff up!

The Mellowpark has been the meeting grownd for many many riders here in Germany, if not in Europe, for quite some years now. Some of you may have been following the proceedings of the discussion regarding its future existance (the ground is going to be used for housing developments).  A lot of people have put a huge amount of work into the Mellow Park Project to make it happen and to find some way of keeping the project alive.

Now it seems, that they have reached a consens about the current location: The Ground on which the Mellow Park is located at the moment will have to be handed back to the owners on 30.11.09.

This means two things: It´s definate that a new place will have to be found (which is already in the doings - check www.mellowpark.de and this site ! ) and that the Mellow Park will stay open for this years Season! So pack your bags and make your way to the Mellow Park to ride this incredible location and help the cause of the people behind the Park.
