As we were stacking up boxes for presents we came across some of the Treasures of the soulbmx archive.  Back then soulbmx.tv was called SOUL RIDEO Magazine and was put together by real handwork, no fancy adobe premiere and effects.

Good old VHS tapes for your pleasure!

And so was the riding: straight forward and in your face. We decided to give these treasures a place within the soulbmx.tv universe and came up with the “90ies Channel”: Here you will find regular updates featuring chrome bikes, 4 Pegs, two brakes, decades and pros to be in silly long shorts.

Old School Hero

Since the 5th of December is a festive day in Germany, well at least in Bavaria, called “Nikolaus” (no: NOT Santa Claus!) where a man with a big sack and a gimp with a stick go round chasing after young punks and giving out presents or whips (sounds funny - you bet!), we thought we´ll provide you with a special treat on this occasion:

This is a classic and features one of the old school heroes of the german bmx scene: Mr. Axel Reichertz!

Bikes, Boards - you name it and he´ll pull some crazy creative ill trick with it. This is from the DVD “City games” by Alex Schmitz.
